Hello,
To quote the FAQ,
"Deleting accounts is permanent and cannot be undone. To delete your account, please submit a request for assistance by visiting the Helpdesk at the bottom of the side menu in your iGP Manager account and opening the Help & Support tab.'

To delete your account, yes you need to submit a ticket to the support team.
