My profile picture has not been able to load for a few months. Even pictures that I've used in the past. Any others having this issue?

If you're using the App on Android then yes, it stopped working on some devices lately for some reason. If you bound the account to Google/Facebook or set an e-mail and password you could try to use a workaround by opening browser and log into the web version of the game at https://www.igpmanager.com until it's fixed.
