I have approximately 19 rookie and 17 pro drivers only 8 in elite,
Now my problem here is why is promotion switched off to Elite.
Also as it stands the 8 cars in Elite only 6 participate and is so boring,
As four are due to be prompted at the end of the season from rookie taking pro up to 21 why the heck can't a few be promoted to Elite to make the game more enjoyable it really is annoying

Hello,
To activate promotion, a tier must be at least half full.
Rookie is 25 members, so promotion is enabled.
Pro is only 15 members so promtion is disabled, this applies for Elite's 8 members too.
In a one car league, a tier must have at least 16 members to activate promotion.

But surely that's daft and that was my point , if promotion was allowed it would even the league's up a lot more and be enjoyable for more people,
Because of me trying to build a league the would be beneficial as people in pro are going to leave and make my league less attractive,
I have already had contact from one person about this and he will probably leave now.
All this rule does is stagnate the league and knowbody goes anywhere ?♂️

Hello,
To avoid this problem, some league hosts put in place holders/fillers which are teams that are only there to boost the tier up to half full.
This rule is here because without it, some leagues would end up with empty Rookie Tiers as people are being promoted every season.
