How to calculate driver's price?

Could we know how's driver prices are calculated and how to increase how much they are worth?
I mean, I have 2 drivers with similar attributes but one asks almost the double for being released.

At first I thought it was their recent performance difference:


Or the fact J Ramírez has already changed team before, but...


Then I saw 2 new drivers that have never raced before and the currently better driver is "worth" less??

Also, as a small suggestion to "save" those drivers sold at their peak and worthy way more than managers are willing to pay, how about a 10% deduction every 90 days (up to 6 iterations to just halve it in the long term and not make them worthy less than 1M)?

Driver and staff prices are generated automatically and randomly by the game. You can't influence this.
