Hello,
Sending tokens to friends in iGP Manager is not possible.
It has been suggested by players previously; however, the main argument against it is that it is open to manipulation - managers could easily create multiple accounts, pass all their tokens to one of their accounts and effectively end up with unlimited tokens.
