headquarters

hi I cant open or do anything to my headquarters anymore. it's just blank.

When I want to enter the office, I don't want to load the image at all. Please help

So I tried to report this in Bug section but it doesn't work idk why, after I click on post thread it just restarts and I have to fill in everything again

Anyway I can't access my HQ, shows black screen
I cleared cache, uninstall and install app but same problem
It works on pc but not phone
I have samsung A34, android 14

Everything is the latest. Updates continuously

Could you tell me the build number please? I need that info in order to be able to help you.

Build number is the number displayed in the loading screen of the game.

It seems like your phone is being extremely aggressive with cache for some reason. Please try the following steps:

1. Reboot your phone.


2. Clear iGP Manager cache from phone settings.


3. Clear cache for every single mobile browser you’ve.

We have to figure out in which entry of your phone the aggressive cache is being stored.

Hi. Enduring two headquarters related issues on this account. First is being unable to see it at all when using my Samsung Galaxy S6 lite. Android v14. Just a blank screen.

Can view it on mobile - Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra.

2nd issue is upgrade to manufacturing element has stuck with 0 time left but asking for 1 coin to complete. Please can this be looked at. Saw another thread but it had closed so couldn't add to it. Thank you

No it doesn't 

This makes me think your phone doesn’t support it. Let me discuss it with the dev team next week and see if we can figure out a way to make it work.
