Why are parts so expensive? I can’t even afford repairing my car with the token cost for parts too. It’s crazy. 
Either the car repair part amount needs to be less, or the parts per token in shop should be like 1:2 or 1:3.
Since the update, I’ve lost 15-18 parts from my storage per race. Now I am at zero and it will take at least a month to make it so my car won’t dnf (because headquarters upgrades are so long :/)

The average level 26 manager (your level) has 600 parts. Level 28 has 705, level 29 785, meaning a good amount have more than that. We use these numbers to determine the balance.

I can see your Manufacturing HQ is level 9, which is very low for a level 27 manager. If you can see this from our perspective, we can either adjust the entire game to suit having a level 9 HQ at level 27 or adjust for the huge surpluses of parts everyone has.

So that makes complete sense. Everyone who has the appropriate level will not struggle! 

Before the update I could do just fine with level nine, but now that the update is here, I can’t upgrade it quick enough to not ruin the game for me for months! 

I get not changing the game as a whole but then I don’t know what to do for the game to fix my problem I have here.

I would gladly spend all my tokens to upgrade this part of my hq so this problem doesn’t exist but it is way too expensive. :/

Your situation also makes sense, and I appreciate this is partly because the old version had a serious imbalance with parts. I opened a discussion on this with some of our testers and they have sympathy for your situation for that reason, though they said it's also easy to have a surplus of parts with a 1-car team.

This discussion has also reminded me, it's on my list to restore the HQ Boost deal to higher levels, to allow you to get some cheap immediate HQ upgrades. Currently it's disabled, so I'll bump that up my priority list and try implement it tonight.

One more thing to note: The lower the HQ level the faster the upgrade, so Level 9 should be relatively fast anyway. It will start getting slower at higher levels.
