Anyone having trouble, uninstall, then clear cache after reinstall, should hopefully work.

PC - Windows 11 - China. Trying with all browsers, no luck. Track resources loads, but instead od showing the track, main iGP Logo is shown with red car (issue downloading track resources 18.0/20.0).

Mobile app loads 1% and freezes.

Windows app gets at 100% and gets back to main screen.

I'm having the same problem. First with Mexico and now with Abu Dhabi. First one stuck on 95%, the second on 93%. I'm using Android.

Which platform are you playing on and which track?


We have the same problem in my league, race at 10 p.m. on the United States circuit. We can't log in from any platform. I personally play on a Windows 11 PC, but even those with Android can't log in.

I've just noticed some files appeared to be missing regarding 2D maps. I've uploaded them to the server now.

It looks like they were cached for months (servers serve cached stuff aggressively) so they were never identified as missing. This is possibly related to the issues.

Can you try again?

Myself and a few others in my league were unable to enter tonights race, although it looks like some did. This will cause a hiccup in the league. Some are saying they uninstalled then installed iGP but not everything was as it was before. How can this be sorted?

Same problem for me too, I don't know about the rest in my league yet. When loading track resources it's stuck at 1percent. Spain android 15. Missed tonight's race.

Same here, had just a frozen screen on sprint races. First live league race tonight was the same, unisnstalled app and got a graphic of w2w racing, but 20 mins in and race was displaying lap 1 stats, all frozen.

Leading championship for first time ever, so not really best pleased that races are just going ahead with so many people still having issues.

All sorted on that front, just it's still jerky on every race so far. Drs was not working correctly in Monza. I play in 2d

Hi Neil, it'll naturally feel a bit like that with W2W racing. We're going to give 2D some love in January, we've got a Classic Mode being worked on (2D only, W2W switched off so it plays like old school iGP), and much more.


Our Unity deveopers will also be working on the current misalignment some 2D tracks have with the position of the cars (that's a high priority to resolve ASAP).
