problem

i have problem . cant repair car or cant do a test . and i read a window with say - this is blocked because your is in a live race - what can i do ? i wanted update photo , but dont know how to do . just with APP . with PC its all ok , but now i can't use PC

problem just with APP . on PC not . now i used pc for test , and its ok even in APP . But before to use PC , the APP had something wrong :S
