Videos don't give me free parts

Guys, I don't know why in the last week I can't no longer get free parts watching videos. It shows the video without problem but then it gives me an error:

My translation in english:
Impossible to give the reward. It was impossible to validate the query/request.

I tried several different ways to make it work. Nothing works.

Use a VPN and choose a location such as USA or UK, you'll be able to watch up to 10 videos per day. It seems that I was correct in my thinking a few weeks ago that it was restricted by location.
