Post any bugs here which you find with the new 3D update. We are expecting a lot of them, this is a huge change to the system and we're already aware of several bugs. We started work on the first patches before the release and will be making constant updates every day or two for the next couple of weeks most likely. We expect it'll take a couple of weeks to get everything totally stable. We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we begin the rollout to a wider audience. Please try to be constructive with your feedback.

Issues we are aware of:

Australia is extremely slow - this is not normal. We will fix it soon.

At the same time, Australia is VERY FAST and getting FASTER. In practice we are having drivers make sub 1 minute lap times today. Yesterday the were making 1:03... lap times. That can't be right, can it?

And that was on softs for me ?. Created a support thread to ask for the deletion and return of my practice laps ?‍♂️.

The clips of Malaysia were from last night. Android is running on a version which is out of date (iOS has a newer build live because they approved it faster). I checked your race history and the simulator this race was run on was one of the misconfigured ones I spoke of in this post. All of these factors explain what we are seeing there - after the next android update you won't see that any more.

We've had two updates approved by Apple now in the time it is taking Google to review one... they are really delaying the updates. We had even submitted the fix for this well before the game went live, and they still haven't reviewed the update! It's out of our hands how quickly we can get some things to you.

While we wait for the updates to be approved, I think we may include Malaysia in the list of tracks set to 2D-only.

U really ruin this game damn it !! U erase my post again again n again n u dont wanna listen its useless 3D animation u just wanna show that your game could be better but in fact no a thousand no with s!! For god's sake time n stratrgy are reduced damn it why are u running? Why why u knew its gonna be useless !!! Oi the F rollback into a 2D only my race is disturbed by this useless update!! Many people say like im saying , Take my advice make a new another game like MotoGP and make it into a 3D dont ruin this game !! Damn!!

Personally, I have not been in the race viewer yet and am still to have an opinion on this, but I do see teething problems with qualification times.

During conversations in other social media, I have been told that beta testing of the 3D engine actually worked very well. The problems we percieve, being after upload here, so, this is a viewer that should have worked first time.
With the elements of percieved use vs actual traffic on the servers (I would imagine) and basic mutation bugs from downloading so much data in one go, I see that we do have some teething problems, as will happen with any large data download. You just need to be patient whilst the kinks are ironed out in my opinion.

You did an excellent job, many thanx. Some things to improve, but this is a matter of time. My bag is i cant' watch regular (not quick) race in 3D in my laptop. There was 'your browser not support WebGL' or something like this. Because of that i had to watch it on mobile, in 2D. Maybe my inet connection wasn't good. Anyway respect, you did great job. Keep working

Bingo! That is exactly the problem outlined in my post above. It isn't running the version it should be (the APP), you're getting the WEB version INSIDE the app. That's guaranteed to run like crap, because that's a really low-spec web browser running inside your app trying to run WebGL 3D content (even in 2D, it's actually 3D from a top-down view). It's guaranteed this will not run well, but it should NEVER do this. We are investigating why that is happening now. The good news is that I think we can fix this without an app update at some point today.

This is the same issue I reported straight away and even explained there is a small work around. If you click Live in the League Calendar section it loads the correct opengl up in the app not a web version ?

I like this guy hes right but 2D its working good now but have a little lag ! Its useless 3d animation lol ?

I know the game doesn't get updates all the time but the workaround would be similar approach to other apps where big updates require store / ios update however when you start the app it verifys with servers and downloads any small updates / hot fixes that way instead of pushing google store / ios each time.

However I'm sure we can all be patient. It's not like we have weekly events etc where it is required.

Overall the launch was always going to be hairy. It's gone from small test team to launch to everyone. That's stress testing, servers overload and like Jack said simulation config errors which gave some of us a bad time. It wasn't the worst launch and I'm sure in a month it will be all ironed out.

Criticism and saying it's c**p etc solves nothing. Reporting back on issues you're receiving and actual bugs helps devs investigate and fix these issues easier.

The amount of trash talking is down to frustration, almost everyone expected bug fixs and new features that affect gameplay but that sadly wasn't the case. It's like ordering a steak in a restaurant then being so excited to eat it only to be given a potato. Anger and frustration is a good sign it shows passion for the development of the game

Also, they DO work, and allows the devs to fix bugs

Llevo poco mas de un año jugando a este juego, IGP Manager, un juego de "simulación" (hasta ahora). Me parecio divertido el reto de manejar un equipo de F1, aunque los graficos en 2D fuese algo anticuado, pero lo importante en un juego de simulacion, para mi, no son los graficos, es todo lo referente a estrategias, neumaticos, desarrollo del coche...

Segun nos cuentan, se lleva 2 años preparando esta "Super Actualizacion", todo el mundo pensaba que iban a añadir circuitos, que iban a eliminar Bugs (como el de Brasil que lleva ni se sabe en el juego), que iban a balancear los neumaticos (antes todos corrian con H, ahora el 90% de la gente solo usa las S), que iban a cambiar la forma de desarrollar el coche, que iban a añadir mas diseños en las liverys, que podrian mejorar un poco los graficos en 2D, que las ligas se pudiesen hacer mas editables...
¡Mira si hay cosas para mejorar en un juego de simulacion de Jefe de un equipo de F1, que ahora van y lo cambian para ser un simulador piloto de F1!
Señores de IGP, si quisiera jugar a un simulador para conducir un F1, no estaria jugando a IGP...

Os habeis metido en el 3D, muy bonito para la gente que lo ve desde fuera, o para comentarlo... ¿Pero como saber si estoy en zona de DRS si el tiempo se actualiza en cada sector?¿Como se quien va delante o detras si solo se ven fantasmas?¿Como veo la distancia del piloto de detras?

Sinceramente, tanto para mi, como para el resto de mi liga, el juego ha dado un paso de gigante para atras, os habeis centrado mas llamar la atencion para atraer nuevo publico que para tener contentos a los que dia a dia, estamos 2/3 horas enganchados a este juego, los que tenemos nuestra comunidad a la que consideramos amigos...

The worst part of the track was the last corner, where we drifted so hard that I thought we are managing rally cars.

Malaysia had some quite serious problems that were actually fixed before launch and submitted to the stores. Apple / iOS users actually had the fix in place well before launch, but due to Google's extremely slow review process (3 days and counting now...) the version that went live did not have the fixes. We're still waiting for them to approve it now. Patches will be with you as soon as they allow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I know that you already talked somethings about Malaya race.
I'd like to complement it telling that we had a big issue in our league because almost every manager made the free practice and got 2.5 liter per lap as our fuel consumption instead of a few managers who took 1.8 liters per lap.
All those ones with 2.5L responses planned an amount of laps ando done 5 or 6 laps more.

Another issue was car speed changing very quickly in some parts of the track. All those turns before the new straight DRS were going as our cars have kind of a rocket speeding them up. All of this in the 2D version.
I played at PC with the 2D version and just opened the 3D viewing in tha mobile app. It was kind a crazy and like others said, the last turn was insane, almost a rally. ?

We are waiting four your effort and some big improves in the game play and I'm giving to you all my vote of confidance.

As far as I can say, I think like it is right now it seems an arcade to play a few races instead the scheduled league format that we have and play looking for a championship duel.
