Hello Francesco,
If you create a ticket to support, they may be able to reset your account. 

You can create new tickets for assistance by tapping the Help icon located at the bottom of the in-game side menu between the Settings and Log Out buttons, then switching to the Help & Support tab and tap on the Contact Us link.
