Thw host of Nottingham has been inactivw since april 17... Have you implemented anything giving ownership to someone thats active?

There is nothing that allows ownership to be stripped from a league host. It can only be manually changed by Jack in special cases.

The easiest way to change the host of a league would be that the current league host attempts to appoint a new league host from somebody already in the league I think. If they accept then the current league host automatically transfers their responsibilities over to the new league host.
