I'd like that drivers could get abilities or different characteristics. For example:
1.- Future champion: A young driver who can be better easily. (Training effective(T.E): +45%)
2.- Paid Driver: A driver who gives money for drive in races. (Money per race: 30k-200k)
3.- Wine: A driver who is better if he es old.(>25 = T.E: 5%; >30 = T.E: 12%; >35 = T.E: 18%)
4.- Joker: Morale +1, +2, +3.
5.- Sonic: Speed +5-15%.
6.- Soft: Tyres degradation: -3 -20%.
7.- Technic: Fuel Consumption: -3 -20%.
Obviously, the most OP abilities are less common.
