Rewards For Elite "Promotion"

obviously since there is no way of actually being promoted, what rewards should the top 2 teams get? [assuming you have at least 12/16 or 24/32 teams to avoid exploiting]

In my opinion we can rule out

• Money [serves no real purpose as we all have excessive amounts
  
• Car % Increases for next season [would make it unfair on other teams]
  
• Possibly a whole lot more i cant think of just now
  

So what are we left with..............

• Achievement [+ the bonus xp for the 1st time e.g. 50xp]
  
• Bonus XP [100-200]
  
• Free Driver Training [1 or 2 per driver]
  

Maybe even a free training session for the top 2/3 in the drivers standings as well

Any1 got an idea's or disagree with me completely??

EDIT... main reason i bring this up is there is no real incentive to WIN, obviously i want to for the pride and the one-upmanship over people i race with... but in reality i will consistently rise in the HOF[reputation] by finishing top 4/5 TEAMS overall and theres nothing to make me sacrifice next seasons development to push for a few extra points

Free driver training is also unfair as its most likely that the person whos just won the championship is the best driver anyway i.e Mauricio.

I only like the free driver training of your list.
Something you could add on your list is somekind of a tag you get before or after your name like Topteam or something, (or whatever)

Well, i couldnt think of an in Game Bonus for the winning team(s) which isnt unfair, and makes it harder the next season for the other teams.

The only thing is maybe an 1 month free extended 2D subscribtion bonus, or something in that direction.
