I know the devs have lives but it's really frustrating when the simulator crashes around the same time almost everyday (not as bad as it once was, but still bad) and they are never on when it happens.
I want to give you more of my money. I want to. Stop talking me out of it! <3
I have resumed all races that stopped now. I realise this isn't ideal given a fair amount of time has passed since they stopped. I'm sorry about this but it's the best I can do right now.
It is software and no, it's not the same issue as before. We have solved a number of problems that only came to light when we switched to new servers a few months ago and most of the main problems are now completely resolved. There are some remaining issues that appear inconsistently although almost always at some point during peak periods (such as right now). These remaining issues are particularly hard to debug which is why this is taking time to fix.
This is our primary development priority at the moment and we are working hard to make sure it's fixed as soon as reasonably possible. I'm sure you'll understand that this can be a long process and I'd like to thank everyone for their patience whilst we try to ensure the game is made stable and improved.
