Race Distance to part wear?

 I just moved to a league that runs 100% distance.
My first league ran 50% and I\'m curious to if the 25 and 50% races are wear axcelerated to match the 100% Distance.
So 1 lap in the shorter races = 3-5 laps from full distance in terms of Part wear.
Or if it\'s the same and your parts wear more from the extra distance.
 With that said, is fuel affected?

 If that\'s true, it means people running 100% races are at a somewhat financial disadvantage.
And we\'ll be doing allot of pitstops with the Soft tires >.>
