Calendar Rotation :
For I and many others (some very famous), 17 races is the best both for the game and in reality.
But everyone is agree that more variety is never bad. So why not to add rotation to achieve that ?
It could be for a race :
- Germany > Nurbugring one season, Hockenheim the next
- Europe > Valencia one season, Russia the next
Or even adding new and old gp such as USA, San Marino and Canada.
It's even possible to add historical gp in this rotation (Kyalami, Estoril, Adelaïde), I know the oldest of us would love it.
It would be an option choosen by the owner between 2 or more types of calendar (classic, rotation, historic, etc ..)
Overtaking possibilities :
Currently all circuits are Monaco-like making it difficult or impossible to overtake without overheating tyres.
We only have 2 ways we can rely on : DRS and KERS.
It would be interesting to add at least 1 or 2 straights per race where drivers can try to overtake (with an order button)
Prapes aka "Pit rapes" :
This is the logical continuation of the last suggestion, we do not have many overtaking possibilities and cars can be really close in performance making a pit rape synonymous of "race over" for us. Prapes happen in the pits when you have to wait to get out of your pit, you can lose between 1s/3s (sometimes more) depending on number of cars and this can happen multiple times during the race. This is one of the most annoying thing for most of all and some left the game only for that reason.
It would be interesting to limit those rapes or even to set a ghost mode in pits only (like it is when a car enter pits versus other cars still in their stints).
Wet races :
Currently this type of races is the fastest, how is that possible ?
It could be more realistic to have it as it occurs in reality (full wet 10/15s slower than full dry).
It could also be interesting to see the wet % before races to choose the best suited tyres for qualifying and thus for the race.
Hard tyres :
Currently only SS/S (and sometimes Meds) are useful, even in summer at Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Italy those tyres aren't useful !
It would be interesting to tigthen the use of all tyres, making Hards finally useful and adding a good amount of new strategies.
