Translate@jack My team has 3 DCs, and the strength of one is tire economy which was born only with 29 as if it were a weakness. could I have a look at this? It's not the first time I notice that it looks like my car is not born according to my DCs.

Have you rotated them so each of them was the active CD for some races during a season? Only the active CD is doing anything, like designing the new car, the others are just what it says: in reserve. So if you want to take benefit of more than one CD you'll have to make each of them the active CD for some races.
