Most likely not a bug. You probably only have 1 marketer hired, but your commerce facility has one marketer set up for each of the four items, so the game gives that notice.

Kind of on topic merchandise at least.... it seems like theres been a 90% drop in income, so now i pay commerical staff over 3x what i make per race, is this a bug that the staff member [and then staff training as well] do not influence the amount of money made
