Active and competitive league: AIRS/ Win a free driver from the pro class

I'm probably too active on this game if that's even possible. Take a look at our leagues values. 
Values: 
1) Keep competition competitive 
2) Have a active chat 
3) Give help/advise if a member needs it 
4) We don't have a dictatorship and members of the league contribute to decessions

FREE DRIVER INFORMATION......

We are trying next season to do something new. Championship winner in pro will receive a free driver. When the next season is done I will have a lvl 15 youth facility. If you win the championship in pro class I will contact you then hire a driver from my youth facility to give you. You will have to spend 3 gold and some in game money to get it but the talent will be much higher and you don't have to compete for it in transfers. Take a look at the post above about our leagues values

Curious as to how you transfer a driver like that. I have let some great drivers go when I would have loved to pass them on to another player.

I have done this before so it is possible but also kinda complicated. Once I get the driver the one I want to send it to has to shortlist that driver first so they see when I sell it. I have to sell not auction so there is a time period before the driver goes into auction and I would agree on a time to be online with the other player. It is ok if we aren't on at the exact same time but I am just careful so it doesn't go into auction. It does cost the person who is buying the driver like normal which is 3 gold and some money but they will get a driver with a cheaper salary and with a much higher talent than just looking on transfers.

Hi ! I'm looking for a league like yours. Is it possible to be directly integrated as a pro in consideration of my reputation level ? 

U would join the league in what ever class u were previously in so if u were previously in pro then u would be entered in the pro class. Does that answer ur question? Also I am slow to responses on here cause I don’t normally get them. U could message me in the game or on what ever platform u would prefer. 

Sorry for my late answer, but last month with some of my friends, we have found a European league where we can fight all together in the same category, with a very high average reputation in Pro. Thanks by the way.
