Silverstone update and Avg. Speed, Pit time query

When will Silverstone be updated?

Also when looking at the race info page http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=race-info/8 the Avg. Speed and Pit time are always 0.  Will these ever be used?

We are currently working on a system to make building new tracks far simpler.  Once this is done, updating several of the tracks, Silverstone in particular, is high on the agenda.  I estimate this will be within the next two months.
