June 13th - Opinion on experiencing lag during races

We rolled out some more changes to our back-end systems which also includes a new server added to our current setup. We are hoping this really cracks down on lag and inconsistencies during races we have experienced over the last few months and the last few days especially. 

Please let us know the details of any lag you have experienced or connection issues here and we will investigate further.

MASSIVE ! Lag during last quater of tonight race with this team, race was run between 7.30pm - 8.15pm BST tonight, first tree quaters of race no troubles at all then went mad about 7.55pm and was a constant freeze, unfreeze, lag, freeze cycle for rest of race, i never got disconnected just lag and freezing.

was happenening on both iOS app & pc viewer at same time, also for many different players in league, although we managed to finish it but with difficulty..

Froze again one time (at lap 25, after that I was not driving on first place, I could not defend the overtake) 

I've never had so much lag like today.

I always get a bit of lag during the races where I think is what you call Rubber Banding Movement. An opponents car or my car will disappear then reappear a second later down the road quite often during a DRS zone. I thought it was due to poor connection. 

In my experience this evening was worse than I usually get...on average the lag isn't too bad for me...sometimes I don't get any but tonight was frustrating

If it helps at all, I experienced a very strange glitch yesterday (Australia Race)

2nd driver, M Evans was driving through the pitlane, at racing speeds, after every lap, between Lap 26 to Lap 41.

Also would not allow me to 'Cancel Pit' on lap41, despite pressing many times, early on during the lap.

Worst experience ever for me in today's race. Heavy lags all the time, couldn't control / reconnect to the game during my second stint. Both on laptop (win 10, chrome, both up to date) using wifi and on mobile (Android) using LTE. 

Yes both lagging for few seconds and rubber banding movements of cars. And also new issue i faced was gap time between cars were incorrect.

Metro is coches no me dejaban cancelar, el pit eso ayer y hoy en la zona drs desaparecían y al segundo más tarde aparecían otravez algunas veces por delante del rival y otras por detrás demasiado atrás los tiempos entre mi oponente de alante eran exagerados y a las dos tres vueltas aparecía por delante después de la zona drs en la que también a uno de mis coches se Le quedó el drs abierto toda la carrera esto fue la semana pasada. Lo del drs abierto un saludo es un gran juego y que las mejoras lleguen pronto estoy una ño y poco jugando y lo que queda porque se que llegarán las mejoras y estoy deseando verlas. Have had lag in most races. However last night's lag ruined the race for me I for over 10 laps had 10 drive though the pit lane as my pit in light was stuck on. My account is Frankie Foley my team is Foley Racing. Hope this helps you look into it. Other than that it a a great game. Keep on improving it as I love it

After 2 days with lag, last race 20u UTM was without lag.
