Driver retired before being hired?

I thought drivers had to be hired to age/retire?

I am not able to Answer you with insurance that its true what i am saying but i guess drivers are generated randomly and that driver was in the game since almost the begging and got no job so it is possible he is retired before even racing You see?

he didnt get hired and gave up he nows works in mcdonalds.
