The Reset Button

I've looked and looked but I haven't seen anywhere what the Reset Button does. I'm just curious about it incase I need to use it one day.
Questions to ask regarding the button:

• What does it do to your Development Level, and Scout Level?
  
• What happens to your money?
  
• What happens to your Drivers and Staff?
  
• What happens to your facilities?
  
• What happens to your R&D?
  
  

I haven't found anywhere that explains all this. Perhaps some light shall be shed and many shall know?

It stays the same.


You will start with 50,000,000$


They will get fired, you have to hire new drivers and staff and you also need to train your staff (designers / marketers / mechanics / engineers)


You will start with the office and the manufacturing. Every other building must be bought.


It will reset to 10% with components 1A. You will still have KERS, DRS and Cloning if you had it before.

There is a reset button??! - how did I miss that and where is it - lol

Thanks Nico - just found it too.
I thought that was only related to my team but i see it has implications with everything.
Maybe reset my 'game' would be better - only a thought.
