Database Rollback

We have had to roll back the database to midnight GMT. We're terribly sorry about this, it means that anything done on the website since then has been lost and cannot be recovered.

We were attempting to run some maintenance on the server in response to the problems earlier today and irreparably corrupted the database. This could only be fixed by a restore from backup.

Given the combined effect of the recent events, we will be extending all current subscriptions by 2 weeks.

Will this 2weeks free be automatic or will we have to apply for it?

At least the backups were good!

Could you check this, We were racing when the concection got lost, We dont mind racing again but we can't do anything due to looks kind of stuck and show like we were still racing.

I have only recieved one or two specific instructions from league hosts regarding rescheduling disrupted races.  If you are a league host with races that have not completed properly, please could you contact me, ideally by PM, as soon as possible.

Unless I am told otherwise, I'll be postponing all races by 1 day for affected leagues.

I received 2 messages from people asking about the rescheduling, however because of the database corruption I don't know who these people were.  The questions asked were:  "Is it possible to run both races tonight or do they have to be 24h apart?" and "Can you add the race to the end of the schedule.".

The races can not run simultaneously.  Just so long as one race finishes before the next one starts, with at least half an hour between them, there is no problem.  We can not easily alter the calendar ordering, so no, we can not move the missed race to the end of the schedule.

My race still on pause??  And my subcription was not renew for the additional 2 weeks???  Please advice, Thanks.

Admittedly Ive had to resub today for 2D but as far as i was aware I still had a active sub and its literally just ran out lastnight
