Staff experience

Hi all. Does anyone know if staff stars increase with experience? I bought a young CD and TD with higher talent and lower experience than my old staff, assuming that their levels and stars would increase as their experience did. Is this correct or is experience pointless for CDs and TDS?

Im not sure.
If u go to main- and then use the find option n search a name, u can find very low level staff (which have retired) with 20 experience.
Based on this, id say yes.
But i really dont know

Fair enough. Thanks for the response. Kind of defeats the point in having an experience rating for staff in that case.
