I've mentioned this before but I've had a new idea since then.
I think that instead of the Achievements tab which is pretty pointless, how about its replaced with a trophy room. This would be visible to all players so that they get an idea of how good the competition is. The room could be divided into three sections for Rookie, Pro and Elite. Smaller trophies could be displayed for race results, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and bigger trophies for championships.
This gives people a "reward" for success without giving more successful players an advantage of more cash or tokens.
In addition to the trophies if you click on a trophy it could show you the championship table, the season number and which league it was won in, in other words, clicking on a trophy would show the details of how, when and where it was won.
