Filter for Spectate

Hi everyone,

To spectate a race on mobile, you need to scroll down lots of page especially for last races of scheudle. Sometimes it stops loading while scrolling down or it scrolls down the page at the background. It would be useful to add filtering option for tracks at the spectate menu.
