can't reach 100 in acc

Hello,

is it a bug or on purpose that I can't reach 100 points on the acceleration field? Now I am at 84 and it doesn't let me add more point.

In the Pro Tier the max design point allocation is 80 when you get to the Elite tier it goes up to 100.
