Training designers does not improve next season performance

In training it says Designers give +1 skill and +1% next season on all components, but the components for next season no longer increase.

Is your car development for next season either:
  • 100% on all parts?
  • At the current maximum performance listed on your design page?

I train design all the time and design gives me +1% every time..

Andrew, check the maximum % you can get the car too, and then see if you've actually 'capped' the car already for next season. That could be the reason why.

None of these were the issue, next season well under 100%, but max is 100% for my designer.
