a question! if you pump a stat to 100. for example acceleration,and choose the supplier of engines murk,which gives +10 acceleration. in the end, what will the acceleration will remain 100 or 110?

The stat caps at 100 for Elite, so bonuses will not raise your stat above 100. That's why once you're able to reach 100 design without bonuses in the big 4 stats (Acceleration, Braking, Downforce, Handling), you're recommended to switch suppliers to ones without stat penalties, like Cosurworthit, Chavon, and Komehome.

I'm not sure if design stat caps at 50 for Rookie and 80 for Pro.
