Ok. So I've made a purchase and money was taken from my account. But I never got the stuff I PAID FOR.
I've contacted customer support numerous times and nobody wants to help me. Hell, nobody wants to even Reply to me. I tried emailing and leaving a review. But I am apparently not important enough to help. I'm beyond pissed right now, because I've waited over a week. Before anyone asks me, YES I TRIED RESTARTING, SHUTTING PHONE OFF AND ON AGAIN. Whatever it is, I want an answer and i want help. Someone better contact me now...because I'm tired of waiting.
