Im newbie and wanted to know How to increase number of Mechanics and Engineers in my team ?

Once you increase in level you can go to "Team" tab, click "Facilities" then "Offices" and buy a bigger office.
Go back to the staff tab and increase.

To actually increase/decrease either the # of Mechanics or the # of Engineers, you go to the Staff screen, and use the combobox dropdowns on that screen.

And don't forget that increasing/decreasing # of any staff will cost you money. (you get the amount on the dropdown menu)

Thats Fine, My team needs to grow and in order to do that we need to spend a little of green ;) , if you know what I mean :D
So what about hitins ? Anything elese you can suggest?
Does it worth to open another account and play on two teams (same leauge)?
