The only plausible answer is Alonso, Ferrari and the FIA. Otherwise I really don't see anyone actually capable of keeping up with Vettel and Newey.

If Hamilton was still in McLaren I think he could have a chance, but as he has moved to Mercedes, I doubt it. It will most likely be Alonso's title.
