Lets say my front wing is @ 45% condition when it reaches 0% its broke i got that, but does it have any influence on the driving performens when its less then 100%?

As far as I know, it does influence the performance of a car. When a car is failing to finish the race due to a failure, they usually tend to fall back in the field before that.

You car will go slower the worse the level of the parts gets. Ideally, you want to replace everything every race.

Would actually be better if components like front/rear wing could be changed in the race (as it's done on real life when someone gets wing damage). Of course if suspension or engine or something like that is broke then the race is over.
