The game should assign you one for $50K once your current driver's contract expires. I mean, why pay tokens for go-nowhere-driver?

Cause I want to sell my current drivers and one of the two has another 44 races until his contract will expire

Unless the driver is retiring at the end of his current contract, you're not responsible for the remaining of their contracts at the time of sale.
