Spy Data

I just spent a whole season building my team, thinking I can use the other teams' info the spies got to boost my team. 

E.g. I spied on a team with 100% so i thought the following season, i could use it to boost my own team's performace from say 70% to 80% but this did not happen.

I lost everything I gained through spying.

In short, the suggestion is to allow people to keep the data the got from spying into the next season

If spying isn't reset, why shouldn't the competitors cars be? 

I think it's right to reset them both. You spied on last years cars, which is reset.

hmm.. makes sensse 

but this is the best f1 management sim i've ever seen. In real life teams do use data they've learnt from other teams to develop their new cars, so I was thinking it could be incorperated too ?

Maybe if there was a situation where there isnt always a positive/gain in perfromance from spy data like it is now, then what i'm saying could be acceptable ?
