YDA Drivers

Hi All
Firstly let me say great work on the update.
I have a couple of question regarding YDA drivers.
When they get to 100% race ready what determines the level they come out at and if you keep them  in the academy at 100% does their level increase with every race?

When they are at 100% race ready that means each stat has a chance to be up to your scouting level +1.  This is only a chance and normally you will only see 2 or 3 stats up high near your scouting level while the rest of the stats are middle of the road stats.  Right now you're scouting level is 11 so that means any stat could be between 1-12 with the majority of them being middle of the road around 6 area.  You'll probably see 2 or 3 around the 11 or 12 area but don't expect more than that.  If you keep them in the academy and you raise your scouting level then this means that it will increase that stat level range accordingly.  The drivers are not created until they leave the academy and it's your scouting level at that time that determines the stat level range availble, as long as they are at 100% race ready.  If they're lower than 100% race ready then the stat level range is reduced accordingly.

Hi Clinton thanks for your answer. i was asking because i have hired 2 drivers from my academy both at 100% race ready.
I understand that they can come out with different atributes but one came out at level 8.2 and the other at 9.6 which is quite a big difference.
I am at level 11 so i was expecting them to both to be a bit higher.
i think it would be beneficial in future if we release fully trained drivers to the market that we get a % of their fee or reward points if they are hired by a team.

I like that idea as well.
