staff question

if i don't have a commercial manager and a TD and i look into the checklist in the home page i can read:


Checklist

• Prepare for Chinese iGP
  
  
  
• Fill driver and staff positions
  
• Have engine, fuel and tyre supply
  
• Save setups and strategies
  

am i able to partecipate in the next gp or i must hire them to do the race??

You can just sign level 1 staff 

I can tell you that I have had no commercial manager on my main account and I am allowed to race. Having no TD may or may not be different

You can race without them

If I remember correctly, the Checklist is only for having race objectives ("Finish 6th or better to earn $800,000" and the like).

All you need to race is drivers, an engine, a tyre and fuel supply, and a car that won't suffer a component failure. (Well, you'll be on the grid but you won't get far.)
