Number of mechanics,designers etc...

hi guys,just wanted to what is the best desinger,marketter,engineer,mechanics number count just so I don't run out of staff and things like that...tq

basically you will need 34 engineers and 24 mechanics to replace all your parts. After that you can decide whether u want more income from your commerce facility, hence more marketers or more from your design facility hence more designers. 

What? You need 68 engineers and 48 mechanics.

It isn't cheap... well, making them costs a lot.

Depends if its a one or two car team

Mine is a one car team..any suggestions?? Any if possible i would like to have enough designers to improve my cars performance...

I'd go with as many designers as you can get away with.

I'm lvl 5, with the 200 capacity office building.

2 car league

I have 100 designers, 45 engineers, 30 mechanics, and 25 marketers.  (Bought the commerce facility, when I probably shouldn't, as it seems currently it will take about 25-30 races to get my 10 mil investment back.  Maybe I'll make more money with it later, but might end up scaling the marketers back down to a lower number)

Looks like number of mechanics/enginner to refit parts are as follows:

Engine, 0 Engineers, 4 Mechanics
Everything else besides Internals is, 4 engineers, 2 mechanics
Internals 10 Engineers, 6 mechanics

I usually never refit an entire car, next race coming up today, I'm only refitting 3 parts per car.  (Chasis, Internal, Underbody) Usually on average I refit 2-4 parts a race, just depending.

However only in my 2nd season (1st full season) and I mainly only refit car parts when they are in the yellow or a new model is available.

How do u get more then 200 staff people I am level 7 2 car team

I count 200 support staff (100+45+30+25) and that corrosponds to the largest office you can get on lvl5.

34 engineers and 24 Mechanics is enough for you then. Dont get more as it will be useless. Get 10 marketers as the income from merchandise is not great. Then just get the difference on designers to get most out of design. So it will be 34 eng, 24 mech, 10 mark and 132 designers. Also make sure your chief designer level is high. It will help for the design. the rest is to you to decide which parts you want to design, you can make new parts everyday but not all parts though. I go for 3 new parts 1 day and 4 the next.
