Can't switch tyres at start

What did you try to do?
Tried to switch from inters to wets before race started

What happened instead?
Did not work, and while everyone else did I couldn't and lost my pole, had to pit first lap as rain was rising VERY FAST.

This worked on phone with another account, and not on pc.

This issue should now be solved, I believe your browser was using a cached version of the viewer. This meant you was still getting the old version. 

We have forced an update of the viewer for everyone so this should not be an issue now going forward. 

Can you do this (change tyres before the race) on the App?

Yes it was mentioned in the blog once we release the V3.5 version of the viewer you will be able to swap tyres when conditions are wet. 

You can confirm which version you are on by looking at the bottom of the splash screen, when the app starts

Is there also a time limit when I can change the tyres?   
Let's say only before race objective appears or also after, or both? And when will be a tyre lockdown before the race starts? 1 min or 30 seconds before the actual start?
