My driver's experience stat was stuck at 7 for a long time, even after 250+ races and after the latest race it has deceased to 6. Also we had many other problems after the latest season ended. Everyone in the league has a 1% car now and I received 3 separate end of season emails and I never got the 100 rep points for placing top 4 in elite.

My had exp. 6 when i got him, after 50 races, 10 podiums and 3 pole positions, it has not changed

Everything about the season ending is one problem - some services were restarted on the server during your season ending. I explained this somewhat in another thread and on the league comments: http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=forum-thread_1/3080#22091

I've added the 100 reputation gain now for the Elite tier winners.

As for the experience atrophy, I'm assuming that was intended for when drivers did not take part in a race. But I don't think this makes sense, especially if it's fast enough to suppress gains. I have removed the atrophy of the experience attribute in response to this thread.

I would really like to know what influences experience in the first place. You can have two identical drivers in the same team who get very similar results and some of them go from 3 to 6 experience while others go from 3 to 12.

That discrepancy will have been because of the atrophy, which is why it has been removed. It was creating outcomes that didn't make sense.
