Hello there... I used 4 tokens to buy 7.3$ investment but sadly the investiment doesn't come to my account despite the tokens had been debited from my account. Can someone fix it, please? Thanks.

Hi... again today. I had 4 tokens and lost on buying 7.3$ investiments. Also I have cleaned thr cache before go to the shop and like I said, again same error. 
Should I open an new ticket?
