doctor i was hiring disappeared?

made a bid, followed bid, last i checked it said 0.5 mins remaining, and now after the bid should have ended he has just disappeared.
no email to reject or accept? pretty sure i should have won it aswell as i was the only bid.
not sure if it just cancelled everything or whether or not it just never sent me the email?
a little confused.

i have placed a bid on another doctor now so i will see what happens.

the second doctor worked, so i dunno.

if you want the first doctor, put in a ticket at the helpdesk
