Lost tokens / didnt receive money

What did you try to do?
I spent 13 tokens to buy $18.5M in the daily deals, but I didn't receive the money.

I also haven't get my money. In daily deals I can see that I bought this daily deal but there is no money and I have no tokens too.

I bought it yesterday around 11pm (Brasilia-Brazil time) in the daily bonus ... It was 13 Tokens to win 16.1 million ...

It was around 10 pm (central Europe time). I wanted to buy 12,6 million  Euro for 13 tokens. 

My deal was the 22.1m cash for 13 tokens. Thank you

Hello @katherine, it seems a lot of people are having issues with this problem and a few individuals are still waiting on a resolution. I purchased the bundle to get out of debt and in the time since this occurred, i achieved this goal naturally. If I could have the tokens (just the ones I spent) instead of the money, I would be happy and without complaint. If this is not possible, I understand. Thank you.
