A couple of days ago a technology upgrade was completed and the upgrade time line bar graph showed 0 secs. I accidently clicked on this and the whole 5 day process started again, I tried to stop it but nothing happened. Meanwhile the original upgrade did not appear which is annoying. Also now wasting 5 days where I could be doing another type of upgrade. Is it possible to stop an upgrade once it is under way?

I'm so sorry for the delay in my response. Unfortunately it is not possible to stop an update once it has started.
Have you still had this kind of problem?

No, it's been and gone. But useful to know that once the upgrade has started it can't be stopped. Thanks.
