So I've been wondering that what effect if any does Staff age and morale have?

As far as I know, Moral influence when staff retire.
Higher moral means staying longer.

The Age influence retirement too.
After a certain age, they will say that the contract will be the last one.

To sum up, a really old staff might stay for 2 contracts instead of 1 depending on the moral.

Hope this help, but I only had 1 retirement when I started the game, so I mainly chose young staff to keep for a while before being able to upgrade hospitality building.
