Live Viewers. HELP

This is my first race and and clicked on the 2D live viewer, which I still have 3 trials left of, but it wouldn't load. It says if you encounter a white screen while loading, it should be fixed within a few minutes, but i've encountered a black screen and it won't load after 15 minutes! I've also tried the live timing but that wont work either. Please help. Im using windows 8 on an HP computer.

If you try that and it doesn't fix the issue, could you enable the Java console and post the output from there when you try and run the viewer? Instructions on how to do this can be found here;

Also it's worth making sure your Java is up to date. Are you trying to connect through a proxy server, from a work or uni network maybe?
