FAO Bruno (Money lost again)

I don’t know whether or not the money from my secondary sponsor came through, but I’m tonight reporting that it has happened again - my race objective was to finish the race & I finished 15th & 20th.

I have had circa £100,000 deducted from my account, where as when I hit my objective I generally receive circa £4.5m.

I shouldn’t have to keep my eye on whether I’m getting paid out for hitting my objectives!

Could you please look into this ASAP?

I've reviewed and checked your account, based on the current sponsors you signed with, there is no way to get an income or profit of $4.5 million, but only $3.475 million, the ones that were credited to you at the end of your race.
Can you clarify where you would get $4.5 million?"

Apologies, the 4.5m was my sponsor setup previous to my current.
If I should get circa 3.5m for achieving my sponsor target (which I did), I didn’t receive anything.
As explained, I lost / had deducted £100,000 from my account (even though I exceeded my target of finishing the race.
Does this not equate to being owed (3.6m)?

I think you misunderstood the 'Race Review'...
The 'Race Review' does not display what the sponsors paid, but the net profit or loss after income and expenses.

No I haven’t misunderstood, I know that the race review doesn’t show a breakdown of sponsor income etc & that it provides an overview of income / expenditure, but like I’ve mentioned, I usually make a lot of money when I’ve hit my race target, although I’d made a loss in the race we’ve referencing.

Again tonight I have lost 4.5m even though I finished 1st & second, this now means that I’m owed circa 10.5m (2 races should of been awarded 3m & the 4.5m that I lost in tonight’s race).

As I don’t have a great deal of money in the game, could you please reimburse me with the above as soon as possible?

Hi Nathan

There are also expenses, which is why NOT all sponsor money is credited.

From the 3 million you have to subtract the salaries of drivers, staff and suppliers.
